Editor's Choice Album of the Year 'Snow Tracks' launched at The National Botanic Garden of Wales in 2011 before Cheryl embarked on a massive 7 country tour of Europe with her guitar and Jeff in tow.

The pair, who have worked together for nearly 30 years, performed in back street acoustic clubs in Paris, songwriting sessions in Germany, Soup Kitchen Projects in Switzerland, Grand Hotels in Italy, Peace rallies in Amsterdam, house gigs in Brussels; Cheryl even landed a gig playing ukulele on a gondola in Venice for 2 days!

And when they finally arrived home, the track 'Humans' had been nominated for Sony Online Great Women Award landing in their top 30!
